Empowering Ukrainian Women: The “Vidvazhna 3” Campaign
I am deeply honored to have played a key role in the development and execution of the promotional campaign for “Vidvazhna 3”, a visionary business accelerator launched by Diia.Business, the Ministry of Digital Transformation (Mintsifra) of Ukraine, and Visa, aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs across Ukraine.
Vidvazhna is much more than an ordinary accelerator. Founded as part of the global She’s Next Empowered by Visa initiative, it’s a courageous platform designed to inspire, educate, and amplify the voices and ventures of Ukrainian women. During a time of national crisis—marked by war and uncertainty—this program reflects resilience, vision, and the progressive spirit of women-led entrepreneurship.
As a member of the creative team, I felt immense pride contributing to a project that’s socially impactful and urgently necessary. The campaign was crafted to highlight not just the vital role of 5,000+ women entrepreneurs building their businesses, but also their bravery and innovation in the face of adversity.
My direction emphasized a fresh, uplifting, and affirming tone—blending bold visuals with a respectful, sincere narrative. Collaborating with such inspiring women and working alongside Mintsifra and Diia.Business was a privilege. Being part of a movement empowering women in business, especially in challenging times, has been one of the most meaningful projects of my career.
